    • Walkthrough of booking software, POS, scheduling, and opening checklist (lights, music, message checks)

  • Guest Experience Basics:

    • Greeting guests confidently with eye contact and a smile

    • Practicing greeting role plays, offering beverages, and making guests feel welcome

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Clocking in/out procedures

    • Daily documentation and checklists overview
