    • Participate in a complete shift, performing guest greetings, booking, and supporting operations

  • Problem Solving & Escalations:

    • Practice handling guest concerns professionally

    • Emergency and safety protocols review

    • Address memorization 

  • Weekly Tasks Review:

    • Space and suite standards, cleaning, and stock checks
