• Completed W-4 form (Tax withholding)

• I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification (proof of eligibility to work)

• Employee Agreement and Acknowledgment forms (Salon policies, confidentiality, etc.)

• Relevant certifications or licenses required for your role (if applicable)

• Direct deposit information (voided check or bank details)

• Emergency contact details
