And here’s a little scoop — we also offer optional administrative support services designed to make your life easier and your business smoother! Think of it as a boost to help you focus on what you love most. Details are at the end — because investing in these services is really an investment in your success and growth! 🚀✨

Necessary Documentation to Prepare Before Starting the Process!

  • Business License

  • Professional Licenses & Certifications 

    • Current Service Provider License (e.g., Cosmetology, Nail Tech, Esthetician, etc.)

    • Certifications relevant to your services (hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, etc.)

  • Signed Agreements  (These will be sent in a separate link)

    • Signed Rental Agreement

  • Proof of Insurance 

    • Proof of insurance (options available at handsonttrade.com) Must be $100,000 coverage

Our goal is to create a luxurious, welcoming environment for guests, support our talented service providers, and uphold the high standards that define Salon on 3rd. This document outlines the expectations, daily procedures, and foundational training to help you succeed.

Retail & Commission Details
Commission on Retail Products:

 Retail Sales all product sales (haircare, make-up, skincare)

$0 – and up on sales: 10% commission

Monthly Retail Incentives:

Each month, we highlight a specific retail item. Selling that item earns an extra 10%.
The top seller of that item will receive a bonus. (example bundle packages specific special) 


Special Weekly & Flash Sale Periods:
We conduct weeks with higher commission rates to boost retail sales. During flash sales, increased rates will be available to incentivize quick sales.

Suite or Booth Rental : 
Rental Structure: Rent the space (suite or booth) weekly. such as client booking, POS, towel/laundry, and backbar services.


You can also choose to add optional admin services for a monthly fee of —such as client booking, POS, towel/laundry, and backbar services. (Extra offerings backbar support, business growth plan, retentions plan, quarterly content shoots, two styling products, Liter of shampoo and conditioner) 

Rental Agreement Stipulations:
You are responsible for setting your own pricing.


You handle your own clients independently.
You are renting space and have the option to include admin support services.
